1. Services

Orvantus provides technology services including but not limited to website development, application development, UI/UX design, cloud and DevOps solutions, software testing, artificial intelligence, and digital consulting.

2. Project Engagement

  • All project requirements, timelines, and pricing will be defined in a separate agreement or proposal.
  • A minimum advance payment is required before project initiation.
  • Delays in client feedback may impact delivery timelines.

3. Payments

  • Payments must be made as per agreed milestones.
  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Failure to complete payment may result in suspension of services.

4. Revisions & Scope

  • Reasonable revisions are included as per project scope.
  • Additional features or changes outside scope will be charged separately.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Ownership of final deliverables is transferred to the client only after full payment.
  • Orvantus reserves the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of all sensitive business information shared during the project.

7. Limitation of Liability

Orvantus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services if terms are violated or payments are delayed.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
